Jessica Aragon, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jessica Aragon, BSN, RN, CWS, joined AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine shortly after its opening in 2023 as Practice Manager and now serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations across all locations. Her healthcare journey began as an LPN before earning her RN in 2009, and by 2015, she had developed a deep passion for wound and ostomy care. Since then, she has obtained multiple certifications and built her expertise through hands-on roles in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including hospital-based surgical clinics and private practice wound care.

As COO, Jessica is committed to ensuring patients receive the highest level of care while also optimizing their overall experience. She places a strong emphasis on educating staff not only on clinical best practices but also on how insurance dynamics impact treatment options. By equipping teams with this knowledge, she helps create treatment plans that are both effective and feasible for patients. You’ll often find Jessica on-site at various AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine locations, collaborating with staff and supporting the patient journey firsthand.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in a wide range of hobbies. Whether tending to her backyard vegetable and flower gardens, feeding her chickens, or diving into arts and crafts, she finds joy in creativity and nature. She, her husband, and daughter love taking road trips to the forest, rock hunting, and exploring the outdoors together.
